Laura's PERSONAL MISSION
Being human is difficult. Especially so when we may feel like a fish out of water or are facing challenges on multiple fronts. We’re not meant to go it alone.
Whether it’s stress, anxiety, needing to make a change, or life just being life, I’m here to provide you the tools and support in a compassionate environment to help you on your journey.

Each session is tailored around you and your needs. I use CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other therapeutic approaches adapted to your individual strengths and areas for growth.
I am available both in person and online afternoon and evenings at times that work for you and your busy schedule.

Thank you for taking the time to do something good for yourself.
EXPERIENCE
I have conducted cooperative therapy for adults with severe, persistent mental illness. Facilitated 8-week virtual interpersonal skill building course. Also provided ongoing in-person psychotherapy, case management, and substance use assessments to caseload of adults who experience psychosis. My intense experience as an Educator and Counselor has allowed me the opportunity to explore and understand the difficulties and struggles others navigate with mental health today. This diverse skill set has given me knowledge and experience to work with diverse populations in meeting them where they are to create a compassionate place for positive change.
